Sales & Recruitment Specialist
Position Summary: The Sales and Recruitment Specialist will drive revenue growth and expand DextroMedical's client base. This role focuses on generating leads, cultivating strong client relationships, implementing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities in CDI and clinical coding healthcare consulting and staffing industry. This remote position requires 25% travel to meet with clients and attend conferences.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and secure potential clients in clinical documentation integrity (CDI), healthcare staffing, and consulting.

Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads effectively.
Client Relationship Management:
-
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.

Serve as clients’ primary point of contact, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing concerns.
Sales Strategy Execution:

Develop and implement targeted sales strategies aligned with DextroMedical's mission and goals—present tailored solutions, including DextroSync (our CDI technology) and CDI and coding staffing models.
Business Development:
-
Research market trends to identify opportunities for expanding services and contracts with Medical groups and hospitals.

Collaborate with leadership to pursue high-value agreements and partnerships.

Identify and prospect potential clients across various industries, understanding their recruitment needs.

Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to secure new recruitment mandates.

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.

Negotiate contracts and fees with clients.
Marketing Collaboration:

Work with the marketing team to promote DextroMedical's services, including LinkedIn campaigns.

Attend industry conferences and networking events to enhance brand awareness.
Performance Metrics:
-
Meet or exceed sales quotas and track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide leadership with reports on sales forecasts and achievements.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, networking, social media) to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates; skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Develop and maintain a robust candidate database for future opportunities.
Candidate Management:

Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing specific role information and coaching.

Manage the interview process, including scheduling and coordinating with clients.

Negotiate salary packages and employment terms with both candidates and clients.
Key Skills

Strong sales acumen and understanding of the healthcare industry, including CDI, revenue cycle management, and staffing solutions.

Recruitment expertise with a deep understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation

Proven ability to close deals, build rapport with clients, and manage a sales pipeline
-
Proactive with Proven experience in B2B sales or healthcare consulting with a strong ability to build relationships with both potential clients and candidates through networking
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and market analysis.
-
Knowledge of CMS Star Ratings, Leapfrog metrics, and quality improvement initiatives is a plus.
NURSING JOBS
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)- Chula Vista, CA
Long Term Contract LVN position for a skilled nursing facility in Chula Vista, CA.
Duties/Responsibilities
-
Organize, provide, and maintain necessary health care services consistent with CalVet policies and procedures
-
Plan and implement nursing care. This includes administration of medication, therapeutic agents, treatments, disease prevention, physicians’ orders, and obtaining specimens for diagnostic testing.
-
Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team in developing multi-disciplinary treatment efforts; complete assigned weekly summaries, update care plans, assist physicians with rounds; note and institute physician orders;
-
Collect information regarding patient status and report the results to the Primary Care Staff (PCP) or RN in a timely manner
-
Provide Resident education and accurately document care in the approved format
-
Assist mental health professionals by contributing to the treatment planning process and the formal evaluation of Resident progress by monitoring and recording observed patient behavior
-
Document in the Resident’s health record the nursing care and treatment provided and the Resident’s response to facilitate the continuity of care and communicate to other health care Staff
-
Ensure that staff utilizes optimum standards of resident care and that staff members observe safety and Infection Control Precautions and regulations at all times
Qualifications

Valid license as LVN issued by the California State Board of Vocational Nurse
Examiners -
CPR Certified

Minimum of six (6) months of experience within the last three (3) years rendering direct patient care in public or private institutions

Clinical competencies must be current

Minimum of 6 months of experience working with an electronic medication administration record system and an electronic medical records system
-
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Chula Vista, CA
Per Diem/Contract CNA position for a skilled nursing facility in Chula Vista, CA.
Duties/Responsibilities
-
Provide care and tend to physical needs of the patients according to the patient care plan

Perform and document rounds of patient receiving care and report changes in patient condition to the Nurse
-
Obtain specimens for diagnostic testing
-
Complete all required documentation of patient care, provide written and/or oral reports
-
Clean, maintain, and check equipment
-
Document care provided in accordance with Minimum Dataset (MDS) standards
-
Escort residents to appointments as need via available CalVet bus transportation or by walking to appointments that are within the facility or nearby
Qualifications

Current Nursing Assistant Certificate issued by CDPH
-
Minimum of six (6) months of experience within the last three (3) years rendering direct patient care in public or private institution
-
Clinical competencies must be current and provided to the Home prior to the staff being assigned
